Republican Roger Niello was elected to the California State Assembly in 2004. He represents California’s 5th Assembly District. Under California’s term limits, Niello cannot run again for the position he currently holds. The 5th district in the California State Assembly includes Arden Arcade, Carmichael, the City of Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, the City of Folsom, North Highlands, McClellan Park, Orangevale, Natomas, and Sacramento in Sacramento County and Granite Bay in Placer County.
